GoodFeathers Returns & Refunds

We Rise Together, We Fly Together — and that includes making things right when an order isn't. Here's the honest version, because we're a small shop and every order is made by hand.

Made to order:

Every item is produced after you order — allow 3–5 business days of production before dispatch. Production time is separate from shipping time; express shipping speeds up transit only, not production.

Big orders:

If an order is large enough to tie up our printers for a long stretch, we may split production across a longer window — we'll confirm your timeline before we start printing.

3D prints aren't factory-perfect:

Fine layer lines and tiny cosmetic quirks are part of the printing process — that's normal, not a defect. If your item arrives structurally broken, cracked, or different from the approved design, that's on us and we'll make it right.

Custom & personalized items are final sale:

Anything made with your name, gamer tag, photo, custom design, or character details is built just for you and can't be resold. Remade or replaced only if it arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved design.

Changed your mind:

Made-to-order items can't be returned for change of mind — they were built for you. Ready-to-ship, non-custom items can come back within 30 days of delivery if unused; you cover the return shipping.

Damaged, wrong, or defective:

Email goodfeathersgaming@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll replace it or refund it — your call.

Digital downloads are final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
