GoodFeathers Shipping & Production
Made-to-order items
Most items made by GoodFeathers require 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Large, bulk, or highly customized orders may take a week or longer; please contact us before ordering 100 or more items so we can confirm a production schedule. Any item-specific timeline shown on the product page takes priority.
Shipping rates
Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Our general U.S. shipping profile currently offers $8 standard shipping, free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more, and $15 express shipping. Express shipping speeds up transit only; it does not shorten production time. Supplier-fulfilled products may have separate rates and eligibility.
Delivery estimates
Standard transit is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch; express transit is estimated at 1–2 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and production requirements may affect delivery. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Separate shipments
Items fulfilled by a partner may ship separately from items made by GoodFeathers. Mixed orders may show separate shipping charges at checkout. Product availability and shipping destinations depend on the item and fulfillment partner.
Address changes and delivery help
Please check your shipping address before paying. If an address is incorrect, a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows a delivery issue, contact goodfeathersgaming@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. For damage, please include photos of the item and packaging.
